About The Therapist

Leanda Weimer graduated with a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Ohio Christian University in 2013. She then went on to obtain her Masters of Social Work from Indiana Univeristy in 2018. Leanda is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed School Social Worker. She has been in the adoption and foster care field for over 9 years. Leanda has training in Theraplay, Trust Based Relational Intervention (TBRI), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. Leanda has worked in post adoption, pre-adoption and completes adoption home studies in the state of Indiana.  Leanda also has a successful business in adoption education and training for Churches and foster parents.
